I’m a coffee-powered robot with a background in the fine arts and an education in theatrical design. I’ve been teaching for the past twelve years in higher education, the last nine years full time. I have a very serious interest in fiber and textile art, computer aided design, drawing, photography, and just about anything creative I can get my hands on. In what little free time I have, I enjoy experimenting with different fabric modification techniques, as well as patterning and garment design and construction. I love all things fabric. I dabble some in jewelry making, and I’ve been known to crank out some crocheted hand warmers from time to time. In fact, I’m building up a stock of various and sundry items for my new Etsy Store: The Costume Wrangler’s Closet. I thought it could be interesting to start documenting those adventures, and so here I am on the intarwebz sharing tales of a costume wrangler.
